Yes, the system generates reports based on real-time log data and the email sending function can be configured.
The user can obtain the unlock permission in two ways: A. Proactively request authorization by applying for a work order. B. Passively receive authorization from the manager/administrator.
Theoretically it can be retained forever. However, when the quantity of logs reaches certain amount, the system running speed would be affected. It's recommended to periodically clear logs or back up them to other storage devices.
There is no limit. If the number of users and daily access volume is too large, the server parameters need to be properly adjusted. For details, please consult the Hizima service team.
The Hizima team is equipped with software professionals with rich experience in the system integration and has successfully performed for several operators and tower companies. The quick response and on-demand customization are highly recognized by the customers. Two ways of integration are supported: A. Customers provide API interface for Hizima to dock. B. Hizima provides API interface for customers to dock.
You can deploy it on the Hizima server or your own server.

System configuration includes memory, CPU, storage and others, and the specific parameters need to be determined according to the number of users, the number of locks, and the maximum number of simultaneous work orders per day.
